Many thanks for visiting our page. Your Housing Association has asked HPS to conduct a financial assessment in order to look at your affordability. In order to do this, we ask that you complete the attached LESO Calculator and fill in the information in the grey boxes where applicable. Once completed, please can you save this onto your desktop and send this to HPS via email. Please label the email with the name of the HA this is for, your name and the name of the development you are interested in i.e. Peabody Housing Association – Jaspal Bola – Butlers Wharf.

Covering Letter to Affordability Assessments for Housing Associations
On receipt, we’ll commence the assessment process and will advise yourself and the Housing Association on the outcomes of the assessment. Please allow for up to 48 hours for the assessment to be conducted on your behalf. Should you need the full assessment, we ask that you send in supporting documentation which includes proof of income for the last 3 months, proof of ID, x3 months bank statements showing the salary going into your account and evidence of deposit. Lastly, we require your latest credit report which can be from Experian, Equifax, Noddle or Call Credit.
